At Methodical Coffee, we want you to love every brew. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on brewing equipment and apparel within 30 days of purchase.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that all coffee bean sales are final.
Contact Support
Email our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include your original packing slip. Ship the package back to our roasting facility using the provided return label or your preferred carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
